Based in La Chaux-de-Fonds and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, Exes Services Informatiques SA supports its clients in their IT projects, from custom software development to infrastructure management.

As part of our growth, we are looking for an IT Technician (M/F) to strengthen our IT team.

Your tasks

1. Maintenance and management of IT infrastructure:

• Ensure daily monitoring of systems to detect and resolve potential issues you may encounter;
• Manage updates, patches and user environment configurations.

2. Network management:

• Configure, install and maintain corporate network infrastructures;
• Ensure network availability and performance.

3. Technical support:

• Provide technical support to users by resolving system and network-related issues;
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems.

4. IT security:

• Contribute to the implementation of security policies to protect data and systems;
• Participate in security awareness for users.

Profile sought

• Training in the field of IT, at least holding a Technician ES diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• System administration (Windows Server, Linux and Mac OS environments);
• Mastery of virtualisation technologies (VMWare and Proxmox VE);
• Infrastructure management and mastery of network technologies;
• Motivated, rigorous, autonomous and structured person, with a good team spirit;
• Excellent communication and quick understanding of client needs;
• Category B driving licence;
• Language: fluent French, good knowledge of technical English.
