What is my role?

• You lead your construction site team professionally and personally and ensure a smooth workflow

• You plan, coordinate and supervise all construction work taking into account deadlines, quality, safety and costs

• Preparation of AVOR as well as planning the deployment of personnel, equipment and materials are your responsibility

• You ensure timely and economical material ordering as well as on-time delivery in the required quality

• With clean reports and exact measurements you support project and cost control

• You consistently implement all safety regulations and ensure safe working within the team

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a completed training in the main construction trade, ideally with further training as a foreman

• You bring several years of professional experience in demolition, dismantling or earth and civil engineering

• Responsibility, team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working characterise you
