The person will be responsible for the availability, security, performance and reliability of the IT infrastructure, dealing with:
- Server, virtualisation, storage, networking and workplace
- Cybersecurity, endpoint protection, patching and vulnerability management
- Microsoft 365, Active Directory, identity & access management
- Backup, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- IT infrastructure evolution and modernisation projects
- Management of suppliers, contracts, SLAs and IT budget
- IT support for about 90 users
- Policy, procedures and technical documentation
- Collaboration with R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics and Administration
We are looking for a professional with:
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure / system administration
- Solid experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Knowledge of virtualisation, storage, networking, firewall, VPN and Wi-Fi
- Experience with backup, restore, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Identity Management
- Skills in PowerShell and system knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Good knowledge of Italian and English (B2+)
- Autonomous, pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach
A plus is experience in cybersecurity/IT governance, ISO 27001 or NIST CSF, industrial/manufacturing environment, technical certifications and knowledge of German (B1+).
