On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Mandate Manager to support a varied clientele of French-speaking Swiss SMEs within a dynamic, digitalised and innovation-oriented environment.

Your tasks with your new employer

• Manage and supervise a portfolio of mandates in auditing and fiduciary services
• Plan, conduct and finalise audit assignments
• Check financial statements and ensure their regulatory compliance
• Advise clients on accounting, financial and organisational issues
• Identify risks and propose appropriate improvement measures
• Supervise and support colleagues in their development
• Actively contribute to the quality of services delivered to clients

You offer your new employer

• Degree as Chartered Accountant, Certified Auditor or equivalent training
• Federal diploma as specialist in finance and accounting or fiduciary agent with solid auditing experience
• Proven experience in fiduciary services and/or audit
• Excellent understanding of the French-speaking Swiss economic fabric
• Very good interpersonal skills and client orientation
• Proficiency in common IT tools and specialised software
• Fluent French and good knowledge of English
• Autonomous, rigorous personality with a strong sense of responsibility
