Our parent stock parks are a central part of the integrated poultry production of Bell Schweiz AG. At the parent stock farm in Herbligen near Thun, you take on a central role in modern poultry production. Under the guidance of the farm manager, you actively participate – from the daily care of the fattening parent stock to the collection of hatching eggs.

You monitor and report animal health according to the guidelines, ensure the smooth operation of technical equipment, and carefully record all relevant production data. In doing so, you contribute directly to contemporary, safe, and sustainable food production and work in a responsible environment with clear quality standards.

Your tasks:

• Care of the fattening parent stock according to the instructions of the chick production manager
• Collection of hatching eggs at the parent stock farms
• Compliance with hygiene guidelines according to the Bell Schweiz AG hygiene manual
• Recording and reporting production data
• Ordering and incoming inspection of feed
• Assistance with cleaning work during the service period
• Assistance with moving and restocking of parent stock flocks

Your profile:

• Completed training
• Interest in animal care or responsible handling of farm animals, ideally poultry
• Strong sense of duty as well as a reliable, careful, and very precise working style
• Enjoyment of practical work in the barn and on the farm as well as willingness to take responsibility for animal welfare and hygiene
