About the job

Your mission

To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a Versatile Operations Agent responsible for ensuring the maintenance, proper functioning, and quality of the external and internal infrastructures of our site.

Reporting to the Head of the Maintenance and Upkeep Department, you actively participate in the general maintenance of buildings, green spaces, and equipment.

Your main responsibilities

• Maintenance of buildings and installations.
• Routine upkeep of buildings and premises.
• Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work.
• Cleaning and upkeep of common areas, offices, meeting rooms, and technical premises.
• Preparation, packaging, and dispatch of orders for consumables, personal protective equipment (PPE), and materials intended for our various branches, while ensuring stock monitoring and item availability.

Maintenance of outdoor areas

• Mowing and upkeep of grassed areas.
• Maintenance of wildflower meadows and natural spaces.
• Care of flower beds and floral displays.
• Pruning of hedges, shrubs, and plantings.
• Weeding and maintaining general cleanliness of outdoor areas.
• Maintenance of green roofs according to maintenance plans.
• Cleaning of gutters, inspection chambers, and water drainage systems.

Winter service

• Participation in snow clearing and salting of pedestrian and road access points.
• Monitoring weather conditions and intervening according to established procedures.

Vehicle and equipment fleet management

• Monitoring the maintenance of the vehicle fleet.
• Checking levels, general condition, and refuelling.
• Use and maintenance of machines and equipment (mowers, tractors, scrubbers, snow clearing equipment, etc.).

Organisation and safety

• Working according to maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance plans (CMMS).
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental rules.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of facilities.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as Operations Agent or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in building and outdoor space maintenance.
• Category B driving licence essential.
• Forklift and cherry picker licences are a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with common computer tools.
• Good oral and written French skills.
• Residence in the region or nearby.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors throughout the year.
• Proficiency in using maintenance machines and equipment.
