What does a Service Team Leader at Reiden Technik AG do?
You will strengthen a young, dynamic and technically interested team in customer service. You are the technical hub between our customers, service technicians and internal departments. With your expertise, you ensure that our 5-axis machining centres run reliably.
Your main tasks include:
- First-level support by phone as well as analysis of technical faults on our 5-axis machining centres
- Independent planning, coordination and technical supervision of service technicians before and during service assignments
- Coordination of technical solutions with customers, internal departments and suppliers
- Regular technical optimisation of drive systems and machine functions
- Systematic fault finding on electrical components as well as in machine control and software
- Active participation and continuous optimisation of our service processes
Your profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, automation technician, electronics technician or in a comparable technical profession – supplemented by several years of professional experience in automation or mechanical engineering or further training in automation, systems technology or electrical engineering (e.g. technician HF).
- Solid PLC knowledge, ideally in machine or tool machine construction
- Experience with Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls
- Good IT and computer skills; know-how and knowledge from commercial software development
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solving demanding technical challenges
- Independent, solution-oriented and structured working style
Additional qualifications you bring
- Desirable good English and/or French language skills
