In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
DermoCosmetics Supply and Inventory Planner
Main activities
- Ensure product availability by implementing a robust procurement and planning process, optimizing order quantities, and minimizing procurement costs.
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and industrial constraints (e.g., capacity, minimum order quantities, lead times).
- Manage procurement activities for raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods, overseeing the full order lifecycle from placement to supplier payment, while tracking lead times and delivery accuracy.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels in alignment with product launches, replenishment cycles, regulatory changes (phasings), and product discontinuations.
- Lead supplier and internal coordination through the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Own and enhance supply chain data management, process optimization, and KPI tracking; develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for monthly performance reviews.
- Implement and maintain planning systems, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and APS (Advanced Planning System), to improve forecasting and resource allocation.
- Support administrative purchasing tasks, including vendor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and documentation compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis on supply disruptions and inventory discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Logistics teams to align supply strategies with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes, leveraging digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Pro file
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Federal Diploma is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, planning, and inventory management within an industrial environment; experience in cosmetics subcontracting is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with external suppliers.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team spirit, with a proactive approach to cross-functional cooperation.
- Agile-minded and proactive, with a strong drive to propose improvements and challenge existing practices to foster continuous improvement.
- Highly organized and rigorous, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and complex situations effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable navigating change, unexpected events, and high-pressure challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and confident in handling data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP Business One, and Power BI (including report generation).
- Experience with MRP and APS systems.
- Fluent in French, English (minimum B2 level).
