Maintenance Worker, Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver

As a maintenance worker within the Intercantonal Service for Motorway Network Maintenance (SIERA), you will ensure, alone or as part of a team, the upkeep and maintenance of roads or any other public domain, according to irregular working hours.

• Ensure, alone or as part of a team, the upkeep and maintenance of roads or any other public domain, according to irregular working hours.
• Provide winter service and emergency on-call duty.
• Drive vehicles and specialised machinery requiring specific knowledge and experience.

All tasks - varied and interesting - are carried out with respect for the environment, safety regulations, and established principles and procedures.

• Federal VET Certificate and/or profession in green space management, locksmithing, mechanics, construction, or another technical trade relevant to the role.
• Heavy goods vehicle and trailer (CE) licence required, with at least one year’s experience.
• Own car essential.
• Good health and ability to work outdoors.
• Residence located within 25 minutes maximum from the Rennaz Maintenance Centre.
