For our client, a company based in the canton of Fribourg and recognised for its expertise, we are looking for an HR Partner at 80–100%. In a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, you work closely with teams and managers to advise them on HR matters.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You support line managers in managing their teams by providing close HR support, in line with the realities on the ground
• You advise and support managers and employees on issues related to labour relations, professional development and talent management
• You manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discernment and a sense of responsibility
• You also take charge of recruitment processes within your scope, from identifying needs to integrating new talents
• You actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects and the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes

You offer your new employer

• You have solid experience in a similar position as an HR partner
• You hold the HR Specialist Certificate or an equivalent diploma
• French is your first language; proficiency in German and/or English is an asset
• You are proactive and empathetic, with excellent listening and decision-making skills
• You have very good knowledge of Swiss labour laws
