Polymechanic Trainer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsible for the apprenticeship training of polymechanics and production mechanics
• Preparing apprentices for partial and final examinations as well as supervising the IPAs
• Recruiting new apprentices in cooperation with our HR
• Creating weekly, semester and annual work plans
• Conducting semester discussions including the preparation of educational reports
• Processing small series on state-of-the-art CNC machines
• Creating prototypes with conventional machines
• Setting up various machining centres
• Creating and optimising CNC programmes using CAM (TopSolid) and at the machine with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed training as a polymechanic EFZ
• You have several years of professional experience and experience in training apprentices
• You have completed the trainer course
• You are independent and reliable and work with high quality
• You are flexible and resilient and look forward to working in a small team
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
