You bring with you
- A completed apprenticeship in the field of business administration, customer dialogue or a comparable discipline.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. More importantly, you enjoy communicating with people, always remain friendly, and keep an overview even with several simultaneous enquiries.
- You write and speak fluent and stylistically confident German and French. Good English skills are an advantage.
- You work independently, reliably, and precisely. You think ahead and gladly take on responsibility.
- Your positive and communicative personality distinguishes you and you enjoy truly helping customers.
- You are willing to occasionally work on Saturdays. As compensation, you receive a half day off during the week.
Your tasks
- You handle customer enquiries via telephone and ticketing system in German, French, and ideally English.
- You support our customers with questions and proactively advise them about our mobile, home, and data subscriptions.
- You pass on customer feedback internally and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our subscriptions and internal processes.
- You assist with back-office tasks and collaborate with other teams within the company.
