To strengthen our legal department at the main headquarters based in Biel/Bienne, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a motivated, committed, and dynamic person for the position of
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in Intellectual Property 100%
In this role you are responsible for the following main tasks:
- Administrative support for trademark and design specialists in managing their portfolios, including:
- Handling mail and shipments
- Correspondence by post and email with authorities and international agents
- Organising signatures and monitoring notarisation and legalisation of documents
- Updating files in the database
- Physical and electronic processing of trademark and design rights certificates
- Filing, archiving, and scanning of physical documents
- Preparing documents required to support trademark litigation
- Organising meetings; drafting minutes
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Profile
For this role we are looking for a person with:
- A strong service orientation and a great sense of responsibility and prioritisation
- A precise and proactive working method
- High flexibility and discretion, interest in the field of intellectual property
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
Professional requirements
- Commercial training or equivalent and several years of professional experience; experience in a legal and/or international environment is a plus
Languages
- Native French or German speaker with excellent knowledge of the other language, very good level of English (written and spoken)
