What to expect
Maintenance, servicing and upkeep work on buildings, installations, technical systems and medical devices and care beds
Maintenance of the in-house telephone and nurse call systems as well as the vehicle fleet
Maintenance of the surroundings and garden work including snow clearance, operation of waste disposal
Implementation of minor conversions, renovations and repurposing
Provision of infrastructure and support at events and functions
Inspection and adjustment of operational safety
On-call duties in the technical service
Your qualifications
Completed training as a Facility Management Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
Experience with telephone and nurse call systems is an advantage
Experience with access and locking systems as well as fire protection systems is an advantage
Good IT user skills and very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Driving licence category B mandatory
Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to perform on-call duties
Friendly, reliable and customer-oriented personality
Independence and willingness to take responsibility
