What is my role?
Our client is looking for a committed individual who operates where every second counts: at the heart of emergency care. In this versatile position, you combine medical expertise with organisational skills and act as the central interface between patients and the entire treatment team.
Your area of responsibility includes:
First point of contact for emergency patients. You provide orientation in critical moments
Conducting initial assessments in close collaboration with the nursing team
Administrative patient admission and coordination of treatment processes
Independent medical tasks: blood sampling, ECG recordings, application of dressings and casts, as well as administration of medications and infusions
Taking on important administrative processes. From sending medical reports to maintaining statistics and performance controlling, to professional communication with internal and external contacts
You work in a dynamic environment where no day is the same and your versatility is challenged and encouraged daily
What do I need to be successful?
Our client is looking for a person who starts with heart and mind in emergency medicine
You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ and have already gained valuable initial experience in a clinical environment
Your calm manner gives people security and confidence in emergency situations
You are communicative, like to get involved and take responsibility. You particularly enjoy working in a team
Flexibility is not a foreign word to you: you are willing to work shifts and appreciate the variety this rhythm brings
You keep an overview and remain resilient even in hectic moments
What are my benefits?
Our client offers you a position with real added value in a professional healthcare environment. Particularly noteworthy is the small, family-like team where humour and mutual support are highly valued. Here everyone knows everyone, and the cohesion makes even challenging days a positive experience
Fair remuneration including payment for preparation time as well as support with travel costs
Attractive discounts on medical products and health articles as well as financial participation in your sports subscription
