What you achieve

• You independently and customer-orientedly handle complex motor vehicle claims with an international context
• You negotiate by phone and in writing in several languages with claimants and partner companies from various countries and conduct legal and agreement recourses in Switzerland and abroad
• You coordinate claims processing with international partners and ensure a high quality of settlement
• You analyse claims cases, make well-founded decisions, and actively contribute your expertise to optimisations, quality measures, and projects
• Additionally, you are the internal contact person for field service, brokers, and product management as well as for our cooperation partner in personal assistance.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in motor vehicle and/or travel insurance claims handling, ideally with an international focus
• You have fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as Italian and/or French; further language skills are a great advantage
• Ideally, you hold the Swiss federal specialist certificate as an insurance specialist or a comparable further qualification
• You communicate clearly, confidently in negotiations, and appropriately for the audience
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You are an empathetic personality with a strong customer orientation and appreciate collaboration with internal as well as international partners
• You contribute ideas and enjoy continuously developing processes and collaboration
