What you achieve

• Recording, checking, and processing claims (primarily for hail events)
• Customer contact by phone and email: providing information, requesting documents, clarifying queries
• Organisation of hail drive-ins (e.g. scheduling appointments, coordinating with partners/experts)
• On-site participation at drive-ins to support the process
• Payment of claims according to guidelines and internal regulations
• Collaboration with internal partners (vehicle experts, specialist departments, etc.)
• General administrative tasks related to claims processes
• Temporary until June 2027

What you bring

• Open, communicative, and dynamic - you get stuck in when there is a lot to do
• You think ahead, work carefully, and take responsibility
• Commercial or insurance-related basic training with experience in the insurance or financial sector or claims handling
• Confident German language skills are a must; French and/or Italian are an advantage
• Affinity for IT and enjoyment in learning new systems
• Enjoyment of customer contact and working in an agile, lively environment
• Resilient and flexible, especially during increased claims volume (e.g. after storms)
