What is my role?

Our client requires a committed leader for this position with the following responsibilities:

• Coordination and control of production processes during your shift

• Allocation and leadership of employees within your area of responsibility

• Optimisation of workflows and production processes

• Monitoring of quality standards as well as compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Preparation of shift reports and production documentation

• Interface function between production and management

What do I need to be successful?

You should meet the following requirements:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of plastics technology

• Proven experience in employee leadership at team or group level

• Comprehensive practical knowledge in plastics injection moulding technology

• Organised, results-oriented and resilient working style

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
