What you can achieve

• You take on the personnel and professional leadership of around 17 employees in the preparation of our globally popular Caffè Latte products as well as our delicious yoghurt specialties.
• Together with a colleague, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the various preparation systems.
• You take responsibility for the further development of your employees through development and target discussions.
• You actively work on the continuous improvement of our processes and further develop the defined standards.

What you bring with you

• You have completed vocational training as a dairy technologist.
• You bring several years of leadership experience of medium-sized teams in a production environment (ideally in the food industry).
• You have further training beneficial for this position (technical school 1 or alternatively business management training).
• You are proficient in using SAP, common M365 tools as well as MES.
• Your open, engaging and communicative personality makes it easier for you to join us.
• You are willing to take on on-call duty (only at weekends).
• You have business fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
