Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a team coordinator for the professional support and organisation of an assembly area in the field of modern precision and linear technology. Our client develops and produces highly precise solutions for linear movements, positioning systems, and demanding industrial applications. Responsibilities:
Professional coordination and support of the assembly team in daily business
Support in deployment planning and work organisation
Participation in the induction as well as training and further education of employees
Ensuring timely and high-quality assembly execution
Contact person for technical questions, malfunctions, and troubleshooting within the team
Participation in the assembly and testing of complex assemblies and linear technology components
Monitoring and optimisation of assembly processes and workflows
Support in the introduction of new products, processes, and assembly methods
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship EFZ, for example as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, or automation technician EFZ
Several years of experience in the assembly of complex mechanical or mechatronic assemblies
Sound knowledge in the field of linear technology, ideally complemented by experience with drive technology
Further training in team leadership, management or similar is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
