Your area of responsibility
- In this position, you are responsible for the admission procedure of elective patients at the counter of the surgical day clinic as well as in the holding area of the women’s clinic
- You coordinate and organise patient admissions, take on administrative tasks and ensure efficient planning and correspondence in the EPIC operating system
- You prioritise your tasks independently, respond flexibly to unforeseen situations and actively contribute to the optimisation of work
- With your strong customer orientation and high standard of service quality, you also support other organisational units within the surgical day clinic as needed and competently take on logistical, administrative and housekeeping tasks
Your experience
- For this position, we require a completed medical training as well as professional experience in a medical environment
- You are familiar with medical terminology and hospital procedures and have good PC skills; experience with the EPIC system is an advantage
- With your pronounced organisational talent, high personal responsibility and quality awareness, you make a significant contribution to a smooth process in both day clinics
- In addition, you are characterised by a resilient, flexible and communicative personality and maintain an overview and the necessary calm even in challenging situations
