for the paraplegia wards by arrangement.Your tasks
- You care for patients with para- and tetraplegic or neurological diseases in acute situations and during the rehabilitation process
- As a primary nurse, you actively manage the rehabilitation process of the patients and regularly exchange information within the interdisciplinary team about developmental steps and objectives
- You support patients and relatives in their difficult situation, accompany the processing process and provide support for reintegration into everyday life
- You act preventively against complications, conduct patient education and also accompany and instruct relatives
Your profile
- You have a qualification as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH, ideally with professional experience
- You are committed to a professional, long-term relationship with patients and their relatives in the combination of acute and rehabilitation care
- You enjoy working in a large nursing team, have a strong customer orientation and appreciate close collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- You show great interest in contributing to innovations and enjoy trying out new approaches
- You appreciate promoting the resources of patients specifically in everyday nursing care
- You have good German language skills and demonstrate strong communication abilities
