It is currently seeking an Automation Technical Support Specialist to advise its clients and manage technical projects in French-speaking Switzerland. Your tasks with your new employer

• You advise a demanding clientele on the entire interface and automation range, whether by phone, via Microsoft Teams, or during on-site visits
• You independently manage and coordinate various customer projects, from the advisory phase to the implementation of the selected technical solutions
• You prepare, analyse, and rigorously follow up on commercial offers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• You handle warranty cases, complaints, and product returns with professionalism and responsiveness
• You actively contribute to the launch of new products and conduct internal training sessions for your colleagues

You offer your new employer

• You hold a technical qualification in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or an equivalent field
• Ideally, you have experience in technical support or in selling technical solutions, a real asset for this position
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German, at least at B1 level
• You are familiar with collaborative tools such as MS Teams and comfortable with industrial automation solutions such as programmable logic controllers, human-machine interfaces, or input-output systems
• You have a commercial mindset, enjoy customer contact, and can work well both in a team and independently
