About the job
What is my role?
Responsibility for the continuous operational readiness of technical systems considering TPM standards
Taking on project responsibility for HVAC projects from the initial concept to project completion
Preparation of budget proposals and detailed technical solution concepts
Project controlling with a focus on budget, schedule, and quality standards
Strategic development of the technical infrastructure through needs analyses and future planning
Interface management between production areas, building management, and external service providers
What do I need to be successful?
Completed basic training EFZ in heating, ventilation, air conditioning
Further training in the technical field (HF/FH building services engineering with a focus on heating/ventilation or equivalent)
Extensive professional experience in project management and implementation of demanding HVAC projects
Strong understanding of system availability and operational safety
Entrepreneurial mindset combined with high initiative and resilience
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
Languages
German: C2 - Native level
English: B1 - Intermediate / Good
