What you can achieve
- 🎮♀️ You take on various operational HR services tasks in the assigned pool.
- 🙇♀️ You are the contact person for HR colleagues, employees, and managers regarding questions about HR processes and systems – on-site and virtually.
- ✅ You ensure that the personnel master data in our HR systems is always up to date and correct.
- 👀 You monitor and ensure the smooth execution of administrative processes.
- 🚀 You actively drive digitalisation topics and process optimisations forward.
- 👩💻 You take on the role of HR Key User for our time tracking system.
- 🎓 As a practical trainer, you accompany our commercial apprentices in their daily work.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as well as further training as a personnel assistant.
- You have already gained professional experience in the HR environment.
- You bring a high affinity for systems as well as very good MS Office skills.
- You work in a structured, precise manner and have a keen eye for detail.
- You take responsibility, think ahead, and quickly grasp new topics.
- You also appreciate routine tasks and use them purposefully to work efficiently and reliably.
- You convince with a high level of service orientation, flexibility, and team spirit.
- You have very good German skills; French is a great plus, and any additional language is an advantage.
