Responsibilities:
You coordinate the material supply for national and international sales units.
Monitoring delivery dates and order quantities for technical components.
Maintaining ERP master data and checking incoming supplier invoices.
Analysing procurement costs and implementing appropriate cost-saving measures.
Coordination with design, quality assurance, warehouse, and sales on purchasing matters.
Ensuring material availability while considering defined stock levels.
Organising national and international reusable transport.
Participating in internal projects and supporting the purchasing management.
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with several years of experience in operational purchasing.
Commercial understanding and knowledge of operational procurement processes.
Confident use of ERP systems and common MS Office applications.
Structured working method when handling multiple parallel procurement processes.
Independent task completion and reliable assumption of responsibility.
Communication skills in collaboration with different departments.
Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise oneself with new subject areas.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
