As the technical contact person for high voltage assemblies, you are the first point of contact worldwide for demanding customer enquiries and coordinate technical testing processes. You actively shape the global expansion of technical support and train international partners and teams.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of customer specifications and review of technical feasibility
Coordination and supervision of product tests (type tests, qualifications)
Support in the investigation of damage cases
Conducting product training for internal and external target groups
Further development of the global technical support (footprint, standards)
Interdisciplinary collaboration with engineering, service and sales
Qualifications:
Completed training in an electrical engineering profession
Further education as a technician HF or engineer FH
Ideally experience in high voltage or energy technology
Very good language skills in German and English
Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented action
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and high IT affinity
Strong communication skills in an international environment
