Temporary Position FaGe EFZ / Certified Nursing Specialist HF (Psychiatry & Children)

Your Tasks

• Care and support of psychologically conspicuous children in a supervised residential group
• Professional handling of challenging and sometimes aggressive behaviour
• Support in the structured daily routine (key worker duties, daily structure, nursing tasks)
• Implementation of agreed care and protection concepts
• Collaboration with internal and external specialist agencies (e.g. education, therapy, guardianships)
• Ensuring a stable, safe and appreciative environment

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or Certified Nursing Specialist HF
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents
• Experience in dealing with psychologically conspicuous behaviour (e.g. residential group, home, special setting, protected environment)
• High resilience, de-escalation skills and a clear professional attitude
• Patience, assertiveness and empathy
• Very good German language skills (dialect advantageous)
