The role: As an ambassador of the Nestlé Shop, the mission is to share expertise and passion for the group’s brands by creating a friendly and professional shopping experience every day. The main role is to promote and sell a wide range of products from mineral waters to the latest innovations. As an essential member of the local team, the advisor ensures that every visit to the shop is a moment of pleasure and discovery.

A day in the life of a sales employee at the Nestlé Shop: As the first point of contact, the advisor guarantees impeccable service. Tasks include:

• Advice and Sales: Recommend, present and sell products from various ranges (Henniez, Nespresso, Cailler, Maggi, Purina, etc.) to meet customer needs.

• Tasting: Animate the sales point by inviting customers to discover new products during tasting sessions.

• Stock Management: Manage orders, receive deliveries and ensure constant product availability on the shelves.

• Merchandising: Ensure the sales area is perfectly maintained and the displays are attractive.

• Logistics and Handling: Ensure regular restocking of inventory (which involves moving loads, notably cases of water).

• Administration: Handle tasks related to cashing up and daily administrative follow-up of the shop.

Profile sought:

• Experience: Experience in direct sales or in the FMCG retail sector.

• Languages: Fluency in French is essential.

• Physical condition: Good physical condition is imperative for this position, as it requires regularly handling and moving goods and beverage packs.

• Soft Skills: Team spirit, strong customer service orientation, proactivity and integrity.

• Availability: Be available to work 5 days a week (according to schedule).

• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to seasonal activity peaks.
