Responsibilities:
- Participation in the establishment and further development of the central property management as well as in the optimisation of processes and structures
- Comprehensive administrative support of the properties, including contract management, tenant communication, invoicing, and dunning
- Support in property accounting to ensure correct financial processing
- Close collaboration and maintenance of relationships with our facility management partner, especially in the areas of technical building maintenance, construction management, and cleaning
- Ensuring smooth administrative operations and continuous improvement of internal processes
Qualifications:
- You have specific training and relevant professional experience in the management of properties
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a given for you
- You have a strong numerical understanding and are proficient in written commercial communication
- Your open and eager-to-learn personality is demonstrated by your ambition to grow further in your role and continuously develop
- You possess excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as solid knowledge of French
