Technical Clerk Customer Service Western Switzerland

In this varied role, you will take on the independent technical order processing for spare parts for our products. You are the central hub between internal departments, customers, and technical documentation – ensuring that everything runs reliably and efficiently.
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for the technical processing of spare parts orders for our products
- Function as an internal contact person for spare parts and technical documentation as well as occasional customer consultation
- Conducting technical clarifications and resolving open issues
- Preparation of offers for additions, repairs, and modernizations including organization and monitoring of the corresponding repair orders
- Procurement and organization of spare parts – you ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time
- Billing of the services provided
- Support of two regions in Western Switzerland as the responsible contact person for all spare parts matters
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, ideally in the automotive industry, building technology, or a comparable field, supplemented by professional experience in administration or alternatively commercial basic training in a very technical environment
- Strong technical understanding as well as ideally several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Native-level German and French or at least B2
- A conscientious, reliable, and customer-oriented working style
