As a Digital Workplace Engineer, you develop future-oriented workplace solutions and support companies in digital transformation. You combine cloud technologies, collaboration, and automation to ensure employees can work securely, efficiently, and flexibly.
Responsibilities:
You develop and optimise modern digital workplace architectures based on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
You implement solutions for collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing and integrate platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
You accompany cloud transformations and migrations, analyse existing structures, and develop them sustainably.
You establish security, compliance, and governance standards and ensure efficient management of user rights and digital resources.
You identify automation opportunities, optimise business processes, and implement them using technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
You act as a technical contact person for our clients and support them from consulting through implementation to further development of their solutions.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft 365 and cloud environment as well as experience in implementing complex customer projects.
A completed IT education or further training at HF, FH, or comparable level.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud services, collaboration, identity & access management, and governance.
Experience with modern workplace concepts and developing scalable, secure workplace solutions.
A strong service and customer orientation, analytical thinking, and enjoyment in independently solving technical challenges.
You communicate very confidently in German and can also professionally exchange with clients and technical teams in English.
