Your main tasks
- Care and support of patients in collaboration with a qualified nursing professional
- Taking over administrative and logistical tasks on the ward
- You help keep the department tidy and clean and are happy to pitch in
- Co-responsibility for the training of health professionals and new employees
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You bring good communication skills and a quick grasp
- Rapidly changing patient situations positively challenge you
- You work independently, take responsibility for the patients, and are committed to implementing patient-oriented and professional care
- A constructive and appreciative interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration is an essential part of your work
- Experience in an acute hospital is an advantage
- You enjoy working in all shifts

Option to work in the partner departments of Nephrology and Oncology
A motivated nursing team supports you during the introduction period tailored to you in caring for our patients. The management team, consisting of specialists, leadership, and education, accompanies and promotes you in your professional development.
We are aware that you have other priorities besides work. Therefore, it is important to us that we can align our work schedules as best as possible with your wishes. To ensure a thorough induction, you should be able to arrange a workload of at least 80% for the first 3 months.
We are open to individual working time models
