You are a pension specialist, AFA certified, and wish to focus more on advising and closing rather than spending your time searching for new clients?

As part of our development, Wealth Broker Management SA is looking for a consultant specialised in the 3rd pillar to join a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.

Your role: to take charge of these opportunities, understand the client’s situation, provide quality advice and support them until the appropriate solution is implemented.

Your tasks

• Handle prospects passed on by our organisation
• Conduct client meetings
• Analyse existing pension solutions and contracts
• Identify the needs, projects and objectives of each client
• Advise on suitable 3rd pillar solutions
• Ensure commercial and administrative follow-up of your files
• Build a lasting relationship of trust with your clientele

Your profile

• AFA certification already obtained
• Experience in insurance and/or pension advice
• Good knowledge of the 3rd pillar and the Swiss market
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a true commercial temperament
• Ability to turn an opportunity into a client relationship
• Autonomy, dynamism and professionalism
• Successful sales experience is a real advantage
