- Exclusive responsibility for the management and leadership of the entire operational HR area
- Independent execution of payroll accounting as well as responsibility for absence management
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit
- Recruitment of new employees including job postings, interviews and applicant management
- Consultation and support of line managers and employees in all HR-related matters
- Preparation of employment contracts as well as maintenance of personnel files and job descriptions
- Organisation and accompaniment of employee appraisals
- Communication with authorities, offices and social insurance institutions
- Responsibility for HR compliance, data protection and personnel-related documentation
- Completed further training in the HR field, e.g. as a personnel assistant; HR specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist, ideally in an SME
- Sound experience in independent payroll accounting
- Enjoyment in independently managing an HR area and acting as a central contact person
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high initiative
- High social competence, discretion and pronounced service orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Very good MS Office skills
- A varied and responsible role in an innovative company
