Backend Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Develop products end-to-end: backend services, data access, React web interfaces, and partner integrations.
Implement customer problems together with product management and engineering from idea to productive solution.
Develop small, reviewable changes and ensure quality through automated tests.
Systematically analyse errors, identify causes, and sustainably improve applications.
Use AI tools productively and take responsibility for code quality, security, and understanding.
Qualifications:
Training in application development, computer science degree, technical university degree, or comparable practical experience.
Programming experience as well as basics in typed languages, SQL, Git, testing, and systematic debugging.
Willingness to systematically learn Kotlin/JVM, Ktor, PostgreSQL and jOOQ as well as React and TypeScript.
Reliable, independent working style, clear communication, and openness to direct feedback.
German at least C1; understanding of Swiss German is an advantage.
