BIM Coordinator (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for architectural planning and BIM coordination of high-quality construction projects. You will work on projects in the design and execution planning phases and simultaneously take on a central role in the implementation and further development of digital planning methods. In doing so, you coordinate BIM-based planning processes, support project teams in digital project handling, and continuously develop the BIM working method and the digital planning environment.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architectural projects in design and execution planning
Taking on BIM coordination and supporting digital project management
Strategic implementation and further development of BIM and digital planning methods
Building, structuring, and optimising BIM processes, standards, and project workflows
Coordinating digital collaboration with architects, specialist planners, and other planning participants
Creating, editing, and coordinating BIM models with Autodesk Revit
Managing and using data and collaboration platforms for networked project handling
Ensuring coordinated and consistent model and planning quality
Supporting project teams with BIM, Revit, and digital planning queries
Introducing and structuring innovative digital working methods within the project organisation
Qualifications:
Completed studies as an ETH/FH architect or comparable education with experience in design and execution planning
Solid knowledge of BIM methodology as well as advanced user skills in Autodesk Revit
Experience with common data and collaboration platforms as well as BIM-based planning and coordination processes
Experience in digital project handling and coordination of planning participants
Good German language skills, spoken and written
