After-Sales Service and Maintenance Manager BSA / RWA

Primus SA is a Swiss company active in the field of fire protection. For a human-scale department, specialised in automatic extinguishing and smoke and heat exhaust vents (RWA), we are looking for a field- and organisation-oriented after-sales service and maintenance manager.

100% - in Lyss (BE) with regular presence in St-Aubin (FR)

• Organisation and coordination of after-sales service and maintenance activities of the BSA / RWA department
• Planning of interventions and coordination of field service technicians, in collaboration with project managers
• Monitoring the progress of maintenance, deadlines and maintenance contracts
• Checking intervention reports and monitoring the quality and efficiency of services
• Regular contact with customers, organising appointments and following up on after-sales requests
• Close collaboration with technical and administrative teams to ensure smooth execution of interventions
• Organisation and monitoring of projects/sites

• Technical or commercial training (CFC, ES, HES or equivalent)
• Experience in organising a technical service, planning interventions, after-sales service or maintenance
• Specific knowledge of the field is not essential: internal training is provided
• Structured, reliable and pragmatic person, with a good sense of organisation and priorities
• Comfortable coordinating a small team, customer contact and taking responsibility
• Fluency in French and German is essential
