For a Swiss mechanical engineering company that has been developing and producing highly precise machine tools for industrial manufacturing for many years, we are looking for an independent and motivated

CAM Programmer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Together with the department head, contact person for internal and external orders
• Programming and optimisation of CAM programmes according to customer requirements and manufacturing specifications
• Definition and selection of suitable tools, clamping devices and machining strategies to ensure an efficient production process
• Monitoring of manufacturing processes, error analysis and adjustment of programmes to ensure optimal machining results, more efficient machining times and improved quality
• Training of apprentices in the 3rd and 4th year of apprenticeship
• Assistance on productive machines during bottlenecks.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic or similar
• Experience in setting up and programming CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines with Heidenhain control
• Good knowledge of CAM programming
• Experience in bulk machining and contract manufacturing
• Initiative as well as careful and precise working methods
