Your main responsibilities:
- Planning and directing construction operations on sites
- Monitoring site safety - Following Q.S.E guidelines
- Controlling deadlines, costs, and quality of work execution
- Providing technical and administrative support for smooth activity flow
- Technical and financial monitoring of sites
- Performing measurements
- Preparing bids and managing tenders
- Managing equipment and supplies
- Participating in site meetings


What we are looking for:
- ES training as a site manager or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction
- Good understanding of Swiss standards
- Mastery of costs, deadlines, and quality
- Strong organisational skills and ease in negotiation
- Ability to work independently and maintain good client relations
- Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written
- Proficiency with common IT tools - Baubit or equivalent / MS Project would be an asset
- Holder of a driving licence
