For our Zurich region, the "New Build Construction Manager" unit within the Buildings Division, we are looking for you as a Construction Manager (m/f/d).

Tasks

What tasks await you as Construction Manager New Build Opfikon (m/f/d)?

• Independent management of several parallel construction sites
• Resource planning and deployment
• Personnel and technical leadership of the construction site teams including implementation of occupational safety measures and quality assurance
• Work preparation, construction process planning
• Measuring, profitable billing of construction sites including warranty acceptances
• Contact person for clients, business partners and employees
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Implementation of project controlling

Requirements

What requirements do you bring as Construction Manager New Build Opfikon (m/f/d)?

• Completed training in the main construction trade with further education as a certified construction manager SBA, technician HF or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the realisation of building construction projects, preferably new builds
• Sound knowledge in construction site organisation, construction process planning as well as cost and schedule management
• Independent, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented working style with high team and customer orientation
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
