CNC Turner (m/f/d)
Your tasks: Precision at the lathe
- Operating modern CNC lathes and machining centres with a clear focus on turning
- Active assistance in setting up the equipment
- Quality-compliant manufacturing of turned parts – from single pieces to medium-sized series
- Conscientious execution of first-piece and intermediate inspections directly in the series
Independently making the necessary programme corrections - Continuous monitoring and timely replacement of machining tools
Thinking ahead and actively optimising existing manufacturing processes in the turning area - Performing the weekly routine maintenance on the machines

Qualifications
Your profile: What you bring
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) or alternatively unskilled employees with at least 5 years of proven experience on CNC lathes, especially in series production
- Solid experience in chip-removal machining with a specialisation in turning
- Practical knowledge of Fanuc or Siemens controls is a great advantage
- Mandatory willingness to work in a two-shift operation
- An independent and extremely careful working style
- An uncomplicated and reliable personality
