ISMS & Risk Manager (m/f/d)

Role:
Responsible position in the field of information security with a focus on governance, ISMS, risk management, and compliance. We are looking for an analytical personality who further develops security standards, assesses risks, and sustainably secures modern IT and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
Further development and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Conducting risk analyses and managing information security risks
Coordinating security incidents with internal and external stakeholders
Planning and accompanying internal and external audits
Developing and maintaining security policies, standards, and processes
Further development of business continuity and emergency management concepts
Advising IT and specialist departments on information security, cloud security, and security-by-design
Supporting data protection issues and conducting awareness and training measures
Qualifications:
Degree or comparable education in computer science, IT security, or cyber security
Professional experience in information security, IT governance, or IT risk management
Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, or comparable security frameworks
Experience with risk analyses, audits, and information security incidents
Solid know-how of modern IT, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures
Analytical, structured, and independent working style
Strong communication skills in interaction with IT, specialist departments, and management
Very good German and good English skills
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer as well as experience in data protection are advantageous.
