Apprenticeship as Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA

What you will learn with us

• Care, support and accompaniment of guests in everyday situations
• Assistance with personal hygiene, getting up, dressing and undressing, eating and drinking
• Everyday companionship of guests with games, crafts, singing, etc.
• Housekeeping, administrative and logistical tasks
• Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety regulations
• Electronic care documentation

What you bring with you

• Completed schooling (Secondary school level B or C)
• Great willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
• Empathy and patience as well as interest in dealing with our guests
• Helpful, sociable and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness
• Willingness to work irregular hours
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges and practical work
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
