The "Barrique" restaurant offers cuisine prepared with local products. The Wines & Cocktails bar l'Heure Bleue welcomes our internal and external guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Job Description

In the hotel breakfast service, your duties will include:

• Welcoming our guests with a smile and providing impeccable service
• Autonomous management of the breakfast service and its buffet
• Taking orders, serving, cashing out, and ensuring a quality experience
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and buffet
• Creating excellent relationships with our clientele
• Seminar and banquet service during the day
• Brunch service on weekends and public holidays
• Flexibility

Qualifications

• Qualification: yes, qualified

• Professional experience: More than one year

• Education level: Initial professional training CFC or equivalent

• German

  Oral: Good knowledge
