No night shifts
What you will achieve with us
- Care for and support clients at home (basic and treatment care)
- Observe, document and report changes in client situations
- Support and accompany relatives
- Contribute to quality improvement
- Collaborate with the case-leading staff
- Accompany trainees (AGS, FaGe) on request and by arrangement
What you bring
- Basic training as a Health Professional (FaGe) or equivalent
- Enjoy working with people
- Ability to independently assess nursing situations
- Appreciative and empathetic communication
- Willingness to travel by bike
