Project Manager / Electrical Engineering & Railway Technology (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to develop innovative, customised solutions for rail and industry and accompany projects from the initial idea to series production? You can expect a versatile technical role with project responsibility, development work, and direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Management of development projects for rail heating systems, load banks, and resistor applications
Accompanying all project phases from concept idea to series production
Execution and documentation of tests, feasibility studies, and fault analyses
Preparation of technical specifications, requirements and functional specifications, as well as data sheets and operating instructions
Recording customer requirements on site and leading technical meetings
Developing pragmatic solutions considering applicable standards and guidelines
Supporting technical sales with complex issues in 3rd-level support
Qualifications:
Basic electrical engineering training with further education as a FH Electrical Engineer or FH Mechanical Engineer with solid electrical or electromechanical experience
Experience in project management
Fluent German skills and good oral and written English skills
Enjoy working in small teams and a dynamic SME environment
Creativity, initiative, and a pronounced can-do attitude
