Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
As an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer, you accompany customer infrastructures from analysis through planning to implementation and stable operation - predominantly in Windows environments. You diagnose faults, resolve them reliably, and advise customers both remotely and on-site as equals. In ICT projects around M365, Windows Server, virtualisation, networking, and security, you take responsibility - from collaboration to project management. You keep operations under control through monitoring and troubleshooting, continuously optimise existing environments, and impress with structured work, conceptual thinking, and a high service standard.
Responsibilities:
You take on analysis, planning, and implementation of IT infrastructures in Windows environments - independently or together with the team
You diagnose and reliably resolve faults in customer infrastructures
You advise and support customers in direct communication - remotely and on-site
You lead, coordinate, and manage ICT projects (M365, Windows Server, virtualisation, networking, security)
You ensure the stable operation of customer environments through monitoring and targeted troubleshooting
Additionally, you continuously develop and optimise existing infrastructures
Qualifications:
You have completed training in platform development (system technician)
You have experience supporting external customer environments
You are confident in Microsoft environments and virtualisation technologies and have good networking knowledge
You are interested in cyber security or already possess relevant know-how
You work in a structured, careful, and efficient manner, think conceptually and analytically, and have high standards for your service quality
You are a team player, communicative and precise, hold a category B driving licence, and are fluent in German as well as proficient in English
