SiAs Security Assistant

You protect people, goods and infrastructures, identify risks early and help shape the security culture. What you achieve

• You consistently implement applicable laws, regulations and internal security policies and ensure their compliance.
• You identify risks, vulnerabilities and unusual situations early and initiate appropriate measures.
• You analyse accidents and contribute to the development and implementation of prevention and improvement measures.
• You organise and coordinate the SHE area within your area of responsibility according to the specified guidelines.
• You work closely with internal teams such as maintenance, production, logistics and cleaning as well as with authorities and external partners.
• You make an important contribution to the safety of people and assets and support the development of a lived security culture.

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: You hold a professional certificate as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection.
• Professional experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of security, ideally in an industrial or logistical environment. Training as a fire safety officer is an advantage.
• You possess sound knowledge of safety standards, industrial processes as well as risk prevention and emergency procedures.
• You remain calm, professional and decisive even in challenging or stressful situations.
• You communicate confidently with employees, visitors, authorities and external partners and have very good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1).
