Management and optimisation of Microsoft cloud platforms such as Azure, Entra ID, Teams (including telephony), SharePoint, Microsoft Defender, and Intune for secure and smooth operation
Automation of workflows and routine processes with Power Automate, Ansible, or similar tools; creation of scripts in PowerShell or Python to increase efficiency
Provision of cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
Support in building, monitoring, and maintaining LAN/WAN networks, including firewalls, proxies, and VPN gateways
Collaboration with IT team leadership and CTO on infrastructure improvements and automation projects
Documentation of systems, configurations, and processes to promote knowledge sharing and stable operations
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as an IT system engineer or in a comparable position
Solid practical experience with Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Defender)
Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Ansible) and basic knowledge of PowerShell or Python
Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
Knowledge of virtualisation platforms, ideally Proxmox
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, proxies, and VPN gateways
Fluent in German and English
